Privacy Policy
1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to the Pawzle mobile game and the Pawzle website at pawzle.space. “Pawzle”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the publisher of the Pawzle game.
2. Information handled by Pawzle
Depending on the features you use, Pawzle may handle the following categories of information:
- Game progress and settings: level progress, coins, inventory, skins, rewards, battle-pass state, gameplay preferences, language, sound, vibration, reduced-motion, and related local game state.
- Optional account information: when you choose Google sign-in, the authentication provider may provide account identifiers needed to identify and secure your account and associate it with your cloud save.
- Cloud-save data: game progress and account-linked game state stored to restore your progress across devices.
- Anonymous gameplay analytics: events such as level starts/completions/failures, tutorial activity, reward interactions, shop activity, ad interactions, and other gameplay measurements. The game is designed not to place personal message content or contact information into gameplay analytics.
- Purchase information: product and transaction status needed to grant purchases and restore entitlements. Payment credentials are processed by Google Play rather than stored by Pawzle.
- Advertising information: advertising-related identifiers, diagnostics, and ad-delivery data may be processed by advertising providers when ads are shown, subject to their own policies and applicable consent requirements.
- Support information: if you email us, we receive the email address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to send.
3. Services we use
Pawzle may use Google services and other service providers to operate features of the game, including:
- Firebase Authentication for optional account sign-in.
- Firebase Firestore / related Firebase services for cloud-save data and configuration.
- Firebase Analytics for anonymous gameplay analytics when analytics sharing is enabled in the game.
- Firebase Remote Config for remotely managed gameplay configuration.
- Google Play Billing for in-app purchases.
- Google AdMob for advertising, including optional rewarded ads.
- Google Play services for app distribution, authentication, updates, and related platform functionality.
These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and the configuration enabled for Pawzle.
4. Analytics choices
Pawzle includes a setting that lets you control sharing of anonymous gameplay usage statistics. Turning that setting off stops Pawzle's optional analytics events from being intentionally sent by the game, subject to information that may still be processed by the Android operating system, Google Play, or other services required to operate the app.
5. Advertising and consent
Pawzle may display interstitial and rewarded ads. Depending on your location and applicable rules, the advertising provider may request consent before using certain advertising or personalization technologies. Where required, Pawzle will present the applicable consent experience.
6. Purchases
Purchases are completed through Google Play. Pawzle receives the purchase result and product information necessary to fulfill the purchase. We do not receive or store your Google payment-card number through the game.
7. Data retention
We retain account-linked game data for as long as it is needed to provide the cloud-save and account features, unless you delete the account or we are required to retain certain information for legitimate operational, security, accounting, or legal purposes. Local game data remains on your device until you clear or remove it.
8. Account deletion
When the game supports account deletion, the account flow is designed to remove the associated cloud data. If you need help with an account-data request, email pawzle.support@proton.me from the account or address you want us to identify, and describe the request.
9. Children's privacy
Pawzle is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact pawzle.support@proton.me so we can review the request.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the services involved. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. International processing
Service providers used by Pawzle may process information in countries other than your own. Their processing is governed by their applicable terms, privacy policies, and contractual or legal safeguards.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Pawzle changes. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the latest revision. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or website when appropriate.
