Terms of Service
1. The service
Pawzle is a mobile puzzle game and related website operated under the Pawzle developer name. The game may include levels, progression, virtual items, advertisements, optional accounts, cloud saves, and in-app purchases.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You may play Pawzle as a guest. Certain features may require a supported Google account or other authentication service. You are responsible for maintaining access to accounts you choose to connect to Pawzle.
3. Game content and virtual items
Pawzle may contain virtual currency, lives, hints, skins, seasonal rewards, battle-pass content, and other digital items. Virtual items have no cash value outside the game, may not be transferred or sold outside permitted game functionality, and do not create a property interest in real-world currency.
4. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google's applicable purchase terms. Product availability and pricing may vary by country and may change through platform-controlled pricing or configuration. Where supported, purchase entitlements can be restored through the game's restore-purchases flow.
5. Advertising
Pawzle may show interstitial and rewarded advertisements. Rewarded advertisements are optional where the game presents them as optional. Ad availability may vary based on platform, region, inventory, consent, network conditions, or account settings.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the game or its services, attempt to manipulate purchases or rewards, abuse vulnerabilities, reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits it, or use automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
7. Availability and changes
Pawzle may add, change, suspend, or remove features, levels, rewards, advertisements, or services to maintain the game, fix issues, respond to platform requirements, or improve the product. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.
8. Intellectual property
Pawzle's software, design, branding, text, artwork, audio, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the game for its intended purpose while it is available to you.
9. Third-party services
Google Play, Firebase, Google Sign-In, AdMob, and other third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies. Their availability and operation are outside Pawzle's direct control.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pawzle is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every device or network will support every feature.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pawzle and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended when necessary to address abuse, fraud, security issues, violations of these Terms, or legal or platform requirements. You may stop using the game at any time.
13. Governing law
These Terms are subject to the mandatory laws that apply to you and to the extent permitted by those laws, the laws applicable to the publisher's place of operation. Mandatory consumer-protection rights are not excluded.

We may update these Terms as Pawzle evolves. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version. Continued use of the service after an update means you acknowledge the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
