Delete your Pawzle account and data
You can delete your Pawzle account and data at any time.
In the game
- Signed in with Google: open Account (your avatar on the Home screen) → Delete account, then confirm with your Google account.
- Playing as a guest: open Account → Delete my data.
This permanently deletes your cloud save (progress, coins, items, battle pass and the game's purchase history), your Pawzle sign-in account, and the game progress on that device. The game then starts over as a new guest. This cannot be undone.
By email
If you no longer have the game installed, email pawzle.support@proton.me with the subject “Delete my data”, sent from the Google account you used in Pawzle, or including your Player ID (shown on the Account screen) if you played as a guest. We delete the data within 30 days and reply to confirm.
Not deleted
Permanent purchases (Remove ads, Starter pack) stay with your Google Play account and can be restored with Restore purchases; refunds are handled by Google Play. Anonymous gameplay statistics are not linked to your account.
